All confirmed and delivered orders are non-refundable. Customers are advised to review their orders carefully before placing them.
If products are found to be severely damaged during delivery, customers may report the issue for review and verification.
Our support team will review the submitted evidence and provide a suitable resolution if the claim is approved after verification.
Claims reported after 1 hour from delivery may not be eligible for review. MV Pyro Park reserves the right to approve or reject claims based on verification of the submitted evidence. No refund requests will be entertained once products have been used or damaged after delivery.
